Air Bags & Helper Springs

If your truck squats under a camper, a gooseneck or a bed full of tools, air bags are the simplest fix. Air helper springs sit between the frame and the axle and let you add air pressure to level the truck, firm up the ride and keep your headlights pointed down the road instead of into the sky.

This collection includes Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 and other Air Lift kits, Firestone Ride-Rite and RED Label air spring kits, and on-board compressors and controls such as Air Lift WirelessOne and the Firestone All-In-One kits that let you adjust pressure from the cab or your phone.

Air springs work with your factory leaf springs, so most kits bolt on without drilling and you can run low pressure when the truck is empty. Check the fitment notes for your year, 2WD or 4WD and bed length, and note each kit's maximum load rating.
