Shipping

How much is shipping?

Most items ship by Standard Ground at a flat rate based on the total weight of your order. Some brands have their own shipping rates, and large items such as bumpers ship by LTL freight. Checkout shows the exact rate for your cart before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for the full rate table.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard Ground orders of $999 or more (order subtotal) ship free.

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship most items to Hawaii, and freight items ship to the lower 48 states only. Some items can't ship to certain states. Checkout only shows the shipping options available for your address.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return most new, unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to get a return authorization. Returns of non-defective items have a 20% restocking fee, and some items, such as special-order and built-to-order parts, can't be returned. Read the full Refund Policy.

What if my part arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right with no restocking fee. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Fitment

How do I know a part fits my truck?

Call us at (806) 503-2161 or email blackdiamondultd@gmail.com with your truck's year, make, model and engine. We'll confirm fitment before you order. You can also shop by truck from the menu to see parts listed for your vehicle.

Orders

Where does my order ship from?

Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer's or distributor's warehouse (drop-ship), and some items ship from our shop in Ropesville, TX. If your order has items from more than one source, it may arrive in more than one package.

How will I know when my order ships?

We email you a tracking number when your order ships, with one for each package. Processing times vary by brand and warehouse, and product pages show stock status and any lead time.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, PayPal and major credit cards. You can also split your purchase into payments with Shop Pay Installments at checkout.
