Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. Where an item can ship depends on the brand and the warehouse it ships from:

  • Most parcel items (our Standard Ground program) cannot currently ship to California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, South Dakota or Tennessee.
  • No Limit Fabrication and Titan Turbos items ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • EZ LYNK items and items shipped from our shop ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC.
  • Freight (LTL) items ship to the lower 48 states only (see "Freight items" below).

Checkout only shows shipping options for the addresses your items can ship to.

How Orders Ship

Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer's or distributor's warehouse (drop-ship). Some items ship from our shop in Ropesville, TX. If your order contains items from more than one source, it may arrive in more than one package, and you'll get a tracking number for each shipment.

Processing time: processing times vary by brand and warehouse. Product pages show stock status and any lead time. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates (Calculated at Checkout)

  • Standard Ground (most brands), based on the total weight of your order: up to 10 lb $14.95; 10 to 30 lb $19.95; 30 to 60 lb $29.95; 60 to 150 lb $59.95; over 150 lb $325.00 (freight).
  • FREE shipping on Standard Ground orders of $999 or more (order subtotal).
  • No Limit Fabrication: FREE shipping. Parts are made to order and ship from No Limit when built (see lead times on each product page).
  • Titan Turbos: FREE shipping. Many Titan units are built to order and ship from Titan when complete.
  • EZ LYNK products: FedEx 2Day, $13.50. Ships direct from EZ LYNK's distributor.
  • Items shipped from our shop: Standard $8.00 or Express $15.00.
  • Bodyguard bumpers: LTL freight from $450 (see "Freight items" below).
  • Carli Pathfinder suspension systems: LTL freight, $250.
  • Local pickup: FREE at our shop in Ropesville, TX (see below).

Freight (LTL) Items

Large items such as Bodyguard bumpers and Carli Pathfinder suspension systems ship by LTL freight truck.

  • Ships to the lower 48 states (and Washington, DC for bumpers). Not available to Alaska, Hawaii, territories or P.O. boxes. Some freight items ship to a limited set of states; checkout will only offer freight where it's available.
  • Bodyguard bumper freight: $450 per bumper weight tier (1 bumper $450, 2 bumpers $900, 3 bumpers $1,350, 4 bumpers $1,800, 5 or more bumpers $2,250), with liftgate delivery included.
  • Carli Pathfinder freight: $250 flat.
  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone 18+ must be present to sign. Inspect the shipment before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and call us at (806) 503-2161 within 48 hours.
  • Additional carrier fees caused by a missed delivery appointment or an incorrect address may be passed through to the customer.

Special-order and Made-to-order Items

  • Bodyguard bumpers are special-order items with an estimated 12-14 week lead time before shipping.
  • No Limit Fabrication and Titan Turbos items are made or built to order. The lead time is shown on the product page.

Lead times are manufacturer estimates and are not guaranteed. We will contact you if an estimate changes.

State Restrictions

Some performance and emissions-related parts are not legal for sale or use on highway vehicles in certain states (for example, parts that are not CARB-exempt cannot be sold for on-road use in California and other states that adopt California emissions rules). Where restricted, these products are labeled on the product page and may not be shipped to those states. Others may ship only for off-road or competition use. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure parts are legal for their vehicle and location.

Free Local Pickup

Choose "Local pickup" at checkout to pick up for free at Black Diamond Unlimited, 3623 US Highway 62, Ropesville, TX 79358. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours of arriving at our shop (drop-ship brands must be delivered to us first). We'll call you when your order is ready. Questions: (806) 503-2161.

Address Accuracy, Lost or Damaged Packages

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Address changes after shipment may incur carrier fees. If a package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us as soon as possible after delivery (or after the expected delivery date). Keep all packaging, and we'll file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
