Titan Turbos TTS 64/67 Turbo for 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins

The Titan Turbo Service TTS 64/67 is a built-to-order turbo for the 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins. It pairs a 64mm 6-blade billet compressor wheel with a 67mm turbine (10 blade high-flow or 12 blade OE spec), running on upgraded journal bearings and a 360-degree thrust bearing.

It adds power while keeping some tow capacity. Titan does not advise running it without fueling upgrades, and with them it handles light to medium loads. It is a brand-new unit with upgraded journal bearings and a high-pressure wastegate, and there is no core charge.

Why we like it

• More power, some tow capacity
• Needs fueling upgrades
• No core charge
• Warranty: 1 year / unlimited miles against manufacturer defects
