Titan Turbos TTS 64/64 Turbo for 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins

The Titan Turbo Service TTS 64/64 is a built-to-order turbo for the 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 with the 5.9L Cummins. It pairs a 64mm 6-blade billet compressor wheel with a 64mm turbine (10 blade high-flow or 12 blade OE spec), running on upgraded journal bearings and a 360-degree thrust bearing.

Titan calls it its most popular 5.9 turbo and the largest it recommends on stock fuel. It's at its best with added fuel and can still tow then, but Titan does not advise towing on stock fuel. It is a brand-new unit with upgraded journal bearings and a high-pressure wastegate, and there is no core charge.

Why we like it

• Titan's most popular 5.9 unit
• Largest size Titan recommends on stock fuel
• No core charge
• Warranty: 1 year / unlimited miles against manufacturer defects
