S&B Cold Air Intake for 2004-2005 Chevy / GMC Duramax LLY 6.6L

This S&B intake kit is built for the 2004-2005 Chevy / GMC Duramax LLY 6.6L. It swaps out the restrictive stock airbox for a sealed housing and a high-flow tube, so the engine breathes cooler outside air instead of hot under-hood air.

It bolts into the factory mounting points with basic hand tools.

Filter options

• Cotton Cleanable: oiled cotton media for maximum airflow. Wash it, re-oil it and reuse it. It ships with about 87 grams of oil applied.
• Dry Extendable: synthetic dry media with no oil to manage, a good pick for dusty roads and daily drivers. Clean it and reuse it.

Specs

• S&B part numbers: 75-5102 (Cotton Cleanable), 75-5102D (Dry Extendable)
• Tune required: No, it works with the stock tune
• Emissions: 50-state street legal (CARB EO D-590-15)
• ISO 5011 test results: view S&B test report
