Rigid Industries D-XL PRO & D2 XL LED Pod Lights

When a 3x3 pod isn't enough, the D-XL steps up to a 4x4 inch housing. Rigid says the PRO version makes up to 170 percent more raw lumens than the earlier D-XL while keeping the low draw the brand is known for.

Choose flood, spot or hybrid diffused/spot in the Dually XL, or drive, hyperspot and Specter diffused in the D2 XL. Every option is a pair with stainless hardware and a vibration isolator, which makes them a good fit for bumpers, ditch mounts and racks.

Why we like it

• 4x4 inch aluminum pod, sold as a pair
• Flood, spot, driving, hyperspot and diffused optics
• Vibration isolator and stainless steel hardware
• IP68 sealed, 9-36 volt DC input
• Rated for 50,000+ hours. Rigid backs it with a limited lifetime warranty.

Fitment

Universal mount: fits any truck, Jeep, UTV or rig with a suitable mounting spot. This listing covers 6 Rigid part numbers. Pick the size, beam and single or pair from the Style menu.

For off-road use only. Rigid Industries sells these as off-road lights. They are not SAE or DOT compliant for on-road use. Check your state's lighting laws before you wire them up on a street-driven vehicle.

Install notes

Pods bolt to a bracket or drop into a cutout on flush mount versions. Use a fused relay harness and a switch, seal any holes you drill, and aim the lights once they are tight. Plan about an hour for a pair.
