PureFlow AirDog II-5G DF-220-5G Fuel Air Separation System - 2004.5-2024 Dodge/Ram 24V Cummins

The AirDog II-5G DF-220-5G is PureFlow's 220 GPH fuel air separation system for 24-valve common-rail Cummins trucks, 5.9L and 6.7L, from 2004.5 through 2024. It's the higher-flow model in the II-5G line, meant for trucks with heavier fuel modifications that need more supply than a stock pump can give.

It pulls air, vapor and water out of the fuel before it gets to the injection pump, which is what keeps common-rail injectors happy.

Install notes

AirDog recommends installation by a certified diesel technician. The pump mounts to the frame rail with a sandwich plate and needs a supply line, return line and wiring run.
