Description
If you want your 2014-2018 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel to sound and look like a diesel again with the emissions system intact, the MBRP ARMOR Lite filter-back is built for you. Bigger mandrel-bent aluminized steel pipe replaces everything after the DPF.
Out come the factory muffler and restrictive pipe, so you hear more turbo and engine without a raspy, droney cabin. Aluminized steel is the budget-friendly choice and holds up well in dry country like ours in West Texas. It will not last like stainless in salty winter states, so keep that in mind. Factory hangers carry it, and it bolts right in.

Install notes
It bolts on with basic hand tools. Plan on about an hour on jack stands or a lift. As a filter-back system, it keeps your DPF, SCR and catalyst on the truck, and the emissions system keeps working. Not legal for sale or use in California, or on pollution-controlled vehicles where prohibited.
