Description
The Fleece PowerFlo is an in-tank lift pump that replaces the factory pump/sending unit on the 2011-2016 Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LML Long Bed. Two gerotor pumps do the work, and an active fill bucket keeps the pickup full of fuel, so there are no sumps, no draw straws and no starving at a quarter tank.
A healthy lift pump protects your injection pump and injectors. The PowerFlo has the volume for big power (Fleece rates it to support up to about 800 hp, including many dual-CP3 builds), keeps the factory lines and filters on most trucks, and installs in less time than a frame-mounted kit. The outlet and return also take -8 O-ring fittings if you want to run custom lines later.
From the factory, the LML has no lift pump, and the CP4 pulls fuel by suction. The PowerFlo feeds the CP4 positive pressure, which takes a load off the injection pump.

PowerFlo lift pump assembly with fuel level sender and tank seal. Kits marked "Fuel System Upgrade" or "Lift Pump & Fuel System" also include the filter, filter base and plumbing described above.
Install notes
