The two air helper springs install above the rear axle, under the frame, and work alongside the factory rear springs instead of replacing them. Inflate before you load and the rear stops squatting, so the front end keeps the weight it needs to steer and stop, and your low beams stay on the pavement instead of the treetops. Running empty? Drop the pressure and the Ford F-150 rides close to stock. Half-ton Ford F-150 owners notice it most with a boat or travel trailer on the hitch.

Two separate inflation valves let you run the left and right springs at different pressures, handy when a slide-in camper, fuel transfer tank or tool box puts more weight on one side. The pair is rated for up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity; stay within your truck's GVWR.

This kit mounts inboard so it clears the factory scale hardware, and it has no tire-to-frame clearance limits, so it works with oversize tires.

Install notes

It bolts on with common hand tools and the brackets supplied in the kit. Figure about 1-2 hours for most installs. Keep the air line clear of the exhaust and anything that moves, leak-check every fitting when you finish, and never run below 5 PSI.
