Firestone Coil-Rite air helper springs sit inside the factory coil springs on your 2019-2025 Ram 1500 2WD/4WD (new body style, rear coil spring trucks). Add air and the springs firm up, so the truck stays level with a loaded bed or a trailer on the hitch. Drop the pressure when you are empty and the ride stays soft. Adjusting them is as easy as airing up a tire.

Coil-Rite springs are made from tough, flexible polyurethane and support 500 to 1,000 lbs per pair (never exceed your truck's GVWR). Leveling the truck keeps your headlights aimed at the road, helps braking and steering, and cuts uneven tire wear.

Install notes

Installs inside the coil springs with hand tools, no welding. Route the air lines away from the exhaust and moving parts and keep at least 5 PSI in the springs at all times.
