This is the FASS Titanium Signature Series Diesel Fuel System built for the 2000-2005 Ford Excursion 7.3L/6.0L Power Stroke. FASS Fuel Systems part numbers: TSF15180F140G, TSF15250F220G.

This is the FASS system we put on more trucks than anything else. The Titanium Signature Series is a complete fuel air separation system: the lift pump, water separator, filtration and air removal all live in one unit that bolts to the frame. FASS's own pages describe it as built to feed the engine clean, air-free, water-free fuel.

If you're stock or lightly tuned, don't pay for flow you won't use.

Tuning: FASS lists a tune as required for these options: TSC13180F140G, TSC13250F220G, TSC15250F220G. Plan for it before install.

Why we like it

  • One unit handles lift pump, water separation, filtration and air/vapor removal (per FASS)
  • 2 micron absolute filtration through the XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator, with a 144 micron PF3001 particulate filter on the suction side (per FASS)
  • Mass Flow Return sends fuel that isn't needed yet back through the filters, so the fuel in the tank keeps getting cleaned (per FASS)
  • FASS rates flow on diesel at operating pressure, and lists horsepower support for every flow size, so you can size it to the build
