FASS Replacement Filter Pack

Pick the pack that matches your filters and how many trucks you're keeping up with. Each pack pairs FASS XWS3002-series Extreme Water Separators with PF3001-series particulate filters, which is the combination FASS requires. The new XWS3002 has to be run with the PF3001 and can't be mixed with the old FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020 filters.

Placement matters. The water separator goes on the pressure side and the particulate filter goes on the suction side, and FASS prints a location diagram on the filters. Contents per Turn14: FP3000 has (2) XWS-3002 and (2) PF-3001, FP3000XL has (1) XWS-3002 XL and (1) PF-3001 XL, and FLP3000 has 3 of each. Turn14 lists FLP3000XL as the XL fleet pack, with 3 of the XWS-3002 and 3 of the PF-3001 XL.

Why we like it

• Matched FASS water separator and particulate filter sets
• XWS3002 is rated 2 micron absolute (per FASS)
• PF3001 is rated 144 micron, on the suction side (per FASS)
• Fleet packs keep a shop or a fleet stocked
