BD Diesel Intercooler Hose & Clamp Kit - 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke

A blown-off boot ends a pull fast. BD's hose and clamp kit replaces the factory intercooler boots on the 7.3L with Nomex-reinforced silicone and spring-loaded T-bolt clamps.

It's an easy afternoon job and a must once you've turned the boost up.

Why we like it

• Nomex silicone hoses rated over 100 psi of boost (BD rating)
• Spring-loaded 300-series stainless T-bolt clamps
• Clamps hold about three times working pressure (BD rating)
• Direct fit for the factory intercooler pipes

Fitment

Fits 1999-2003 Ford Super Duty / Excursion 7.3L Power Stroke.
