BD Diesel Coolant Filter Kit - 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke

Casting sand and debris in the cooling system plug up 6.0L oil and EGR coolers. BD's coolant filter kit adds a bypass filter that catches it before it causes damage.

It uses a common Donaldson filter element, so replacement filters are easy to find.

BD explains it simply: new 6.0L engines carry casting sand and debris in the water jackets that speeds up coolant breakdown, and that slurry can clog the oil cooler passages. A bypass coolant filter catches it before it does damage. BD backs this kit with a 12-month / 24,000-mile warranty.
