Description
This page covers the BAKFlip G2 Hard Folding Tonneau Cover - 2002-2018 Ram 1500 Classic/2500/3500 6ft 4in Bed. The BAKFlip G2 started the hard folding category and remains one of the best values. For the 2002-2018 Ram 1500 Classic/2500/3500 6ft 4in Bed, it is a lockable aluminum lid that folds to the cab for full bed use.
Each panel wraps a solid core in strong aluminum, and BAK rates it for 300 lbs. evenly spread. The latches catch on their own when you drop it shut, rubber seals run around the edges, and drain tubes carry water out of the bed. Its black powder coat stands up to sun, and it can be driven closed, partly open or folded against the cab.

- Aluminum-skinned solid-core panels

- Holds 300 lbs. spread evenly per BAK
- Assembled in America

What's included
In the box: folding panels, side rails, clamps, seals, drain tubes and hardware.
Install notes
Hand tools clamp it to the rails without drilling. Most owners are done in less than an hour. Attach the drain tubes so water leaves through the bed drains; recheck clamp tension after week one.
Each BAK cover fits one bed length and body style. Phone (806) 503-2161 and we will match the right part to your truck before ordering.
