ANZO part 211065 fits the 1997-2003 Ford F-150, 1997-2007 Ford F-250, 1999-2007 Ford F-350. Euro-style tail lights use a clear or tinted outer lens over a colored inner housing for a clean, custom look that still lights red where it counts.

It has a black housing. This is ANZO's G2 (second-generation or later) version of the design.

ANZO rates this light as D.O.T. compliant and built to SAE standards, so it is made for street use. As with any lighting change, check your state's rules for colored or smoked lenses before you install.
