Titan Turbos TTS Gen2 61/67 TowMaster Turbo for Ford 6.0L Power Stroke

The Titan Turbo Service TTS Gen2 61/67 TowMaster is a built-to-order VGT for the Ford 6.0L Power Stroke. It pairs a 61mm 6-blade billet compressor wheel with a 67mm balanced turbine (13 blade stock-sound, or 10 / 9 blade whistle) and a 360-degree thrust bearing.

It's made for heavy towing with more power on the road, and Titan rates it for stock injectors up to 175/stock with custom tuning. Each one starts as a brand-new 2003-style Garrett, so there is no core to send back.

What's included: Titan TTS Gen2 VGT turbocharger built from a new 2003-style Garrett turbo (no core required).

Install notes: Custom tuning is required on every Gen2 61/67 through 68/71 (see Titan's warranty sheet for approved tuners). If your truck still has the old woven oil feed and drain lines, Titan strongly recommends upgraded lines. Opening or taking apart the turbo voids the warranty. The warranty covers turbo parts only, not labor. Professional installation recommended.

Fitment: 2003.5-2007 Ford Super Duty with the 6.0L Power Stroke. Built on a new 2003-style Garrett turbo. Call us to confirm fit on Excursion or E-Series vans.
