Titan Turbos TTS Gen2 59/67 Billet Stock Replacement Turbo for Ford 6.0L Power Stroke

The Titan Turbo Service TTS Gen2 59/67 Billet Stock Replacement is a built-to-order VGT for the Ford 6.0L Power Stroke. It pairs a 59mm (82mm exducer) dual-plane billet compressor wheel with a 67mm turbine (13 blade stock-sound, or 10 / 9 blade whistle) and a 360-degree thrust bearing.

It's a replacement for the 6.0 owner who tows and wants a little more than the factory turbo, with an upgraded 360-degree rebuild kit inside. Each one starts as a brand-new 2003-style Garrett, so there is no core to send back.

Install notes: Custom tuning is required on every Gen2 61/67 through 68/71 (see Titan's warranty sheet for approved tuners). If your truck still has the old woven oil feed and drain lines, Titan strongly recommends upgraded lines. Opening or taking apart the turbo voids the warranty. The warranty covers turbo parts only, not labor. Professional installation recommended.

Fitment: 2003.5-2007 Ford Super Duty with the 6.0L Power Stroke. Built on a new 2003-style Garrett turbo. Call us to confirm fit on Excursion or E-Series vans.
