Rigid Industries D-SS PRO Side Shooter LED Pods

The D-SS is Rigid's side shooter: a D-Series sized pod with optics that throw light out to the sides as well as forward. That wide spread makes it the go-to for A-pillar mounts, fog pockets and lighting up the ditches on a back road.

Choose spot, flood or driving optics in a black or white housing, as a single or a set of two. The Amber PRO version adds Rigid's amber lens for dust, smoke and rain, where white light bounces back at you.

Why we like it

• Side shooter optics for a wide, close-in spread
• Spot, flood, driving and Amber PRO options
• Black or white housing, single or pair
• IP68 sealed, 9-36 volt DC input
• Rated for 50,000+ hours. Rigid backs it with a limited lifetime warranty.

Fitment

Universal mount: fits any truck, Jeep, UTV or rig with a suitable mounting spot. This listing covers 9 Rigid part numbers. Pick the size, beam and single or pair from the Style menu.

For off-road use only. Rigid Industries sells these as off-road lights. They are not SAE or DOT compliant for on-road use. Check your state's lighting laws before you wire them up on a street-driven vehicle.

Install notes

Pods bolt to a bracket or drop into a cutout on flush mount versions. Use a fused relay harness and a switch, seal any holes you drill, and aim the lights once they are tight. Plan about an hour for a pair.
