On your 2020-up Silverado or Sierra 2500HD/3500HD with the 6 ft 9 in bed you get the aluminum RetraxPRO cover, but the whole canister unclips and lifts out by its handles, so the full bed is yours when you need to haul a pallet, a fridge or a load of firewood.

Drop it back in and within minutes you have a locked, dry, strong bed again. The slats are double-wall aluminum rated for 500 lbs. spread evenly, the latch pops up and locks with a key, and the canister is padded so cargo sliding forward does not beat it up. When removed, the canister stands on its own feet on the garage floor. A limited lifetime warranty from Retrax applies.

Hand tools clamp it to the bed rails without cutting or drilling. Figure an hour or two, and get a helper when the canister goes in. Connect drain tubes to the factory bed drains and recheck clamp tension after a week of driving.
