No Limit's retrofit kit lets a 2011-2014 6.7L Power Stroke run the later 2015+ style turbo. That's a common upgrade path for more reliability and better performance.

This version is the kit only, without a turbo, for when you're supplying your own 15+ turbo. It doesn't include the turbo pedestal, oil feed line or coolant feed line.
