No Limit Fabrication 6.4 Power Stroke Air-to-Air Intercooler

The No Limit 6.4L Power Stroke intercooler uses a bar and plate design with about 50% more volume for charge air cooling than stock.

Its all-welded aluminum construction adds reliability over plastic end tanks. Lowering intake temperature has a dramatic effect on EGTs. For every degree intake temp drops, exhaust gas temps can drop about as much. It's a solid foundation for towing hard or turning up the boost.

Why we like it

• Bar and plate core
• About 50% more volume
• All-welded aluminum, no plastic tanks
• Lower intake temps and EGTs
