Heater core hoses and fittings on the 1989-1998 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L 12-Valve Cummins are a common coolant leak. This Fleece kit replaces the factory hoses with high temperature silicone and solid fittings, so the leak doesn't come back.

Coolant on the engine or a sweet smell in the cab usually means a heater line is going. Fix it once with parts that handle heat better than the originals.

Made for trucks that came with air conditioning. Trucks without A/C need their own hose from the firewall ports to the new stainless tubes. If you run an aftermarket exhaust manifold, the kit has an extra bracket for that setup.

Install notes

Hand-tool install. Drain coolant below the heater lines, swap the hoses, then refill and bleed the system.
