Fleece Performance CP4 to CP3 Conversion Kit with New Bosch CP3 - 2011-2016 Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LML

The CP4.2 on the 2011-2016 Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LML is known for failures that can send metal through the whole fuel system, and fixing that is very expensive. This Fleece kit replaces the CP4 with the proven Bosch CP3 used on earlier Duramax engines.

It is the most common reliability fix for the LML. The kit uses Fleece's molded feed and return hoses, high flow fittings and a valley feed line, so it is ready for an aftermarket lift pump and filters now or later.

The kit includes a brand new LBZ/LMM Bosch CP3, and Fleece says no tuning is required. It works with or without a lift pump, up to about 11 psi feed pressure. Fleece lists it as 50-state compliant under EO D-834-1.

Install notes

Advanced install. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Flush the fuel system if the CP4 has already failed.
