Fleece Performance CP4 to CP3 Conversion Kit with 10mm HD CP3 - 2011-2016 Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LML

The CP4.2 on the 2011-2016 Chevy/GMC 2500HD/3500HD 6.6L Duramax LML is known for failures that can send metal through the whole fuel system, and fixing that is very expensive. This Fleece kit replaces the CP4 with the proven Bosch CP3 used on earlier Duramax engines.

It is the most common reliability fix for the LML. The kit uses Fleece's molded feed and return hoses, high flow fittings and a valley feed line, so it is ready for an aftermarket lift pump and filters now or later.

The kit includes a new LBZ/LMM-based Bosch CP3 with the Fleece 10mm stroker cam. If the truck has a lift pump, Fleece lists a maximum feed pressure for this kit, and higher pressures need FCA table changes in the tune. Call us and we will go over your setup.

CP3-to-rail high pressure line, high flow feed and return fittings, preformed feed and return lines, CP3 mounting adapter, dosing injector line(s), regulator/FCA extension harness, low pressure feed lines and hardware. The CP3 itself is included only in the -WP and -10 kits.

Install notes

Advanced install. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Flush the fuel system if the CP4 has already failed.

California and CARB states: this part does not have a CARB exemption number, so it is for off-road or racing use on pollution-controlled vehicles in those states.
