Fleece Performance Cold Weather Add-On Heater Kit - 2007.5-2024 Ram 2500/3500/4500/5500 6.7L Cummins

The factory grid heater on the 6.7L Cummins has a known weak spot: the nut that holds the heater element can come loose and fall into the engine. The Fleece kit for the 2007.5-2024 Ram 2500/3500/4500/5500 6.7L Cummins gets rid of the factory grid heater plate and puts in a cast aluminum high flow intake horn and plate with a sealed coil heating element.

You get rid of a part that can wreck the engine, gain airflow and throttle response, and still have dependable cold starts. The heater cables have protective boots, so there are no exposed live terminals.

This is an add-on for the Fleece grid heater & intake kit (FPE-CUMM-IHK-0724). It does not work by itself.

What's included

Cast aluminum intake horn and plate, 700W coil heater, high flex heater cable, ground cable, intake runner, horn, throttle valve, EGR valve and EGR crossover tube gaskets, and labeled hardware kits. The cold weather add-on (FPE-CUMM-IAH-X2) includes a second 700W heater, high flex cable and hardware.

Install notes

Moderate install with hand tools. Fleece labels the hardware and electrical connections to make it easier. Professional installation is recommended if you have not worked on a common rail intake before.

California and CARB states: this part does not have a CARB exemption number, so it is for off-road or racing use on pollution-controlled vehicles in those states.
