Once you run a lift pump with its own filters, like a FASS or AirDog, the factory filter on the 2004.5-2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L & 2007.5-2012 6.7L Cummins (3rd Gen Housing) just adds restriction. This Fleece billet delete takes its place and keeps the factory plumbing in place.

You get cleaner fuel flow to the injection pump, one less filter to buy and a cleaner engine bay. Only use it if you already have aftermarket filtration that meets or beats the factory spec.
