FASS Titanium Signature Series Fuel System - Universal & Class 8

These are the Titanium Signature Series systems for builds that don't have a truck-specific kit: the universal 100 GPH system and the Class 8 165 GPH system. Turn14 lists both at 16-18 psi. Same idea as the pickup kits: lift pump, water separator, filtration and air/vapor removal in one unit, set up to feed clean fuel to the injection system.

Per FASS, 100 GPH supports stock to 600 HP and 165 GPH supports 600 to 1,000 HP. Universal and Class 8 installs vary a lot from rig to rig, so call us before you order if you're not sure about plumbing, mounting or fuel line size. We'd rather get it right up front than swap parts later.

Why we like it

• 2 micron absolute filtration with an Extreme Water Separator (per FASS)
• FASS's patented air/vapor separation
• Mass Flow Return keeps polishing the fuel in the tank (per FASS)
• FASS lists 30,000 miles of expected filter life on this system

Fitment: Universal and Class 8 diesel applications. Choose your exact application from the options; each option is a specific FASS part number.
