FASS Single Bolt Install Sump Kit SK5501

This is the piece that makes a no-tank-drop install possible. It's one hole in the tank and a single bolt, and the suction port sits at the lowest point in the tank instead of wherever the factory sending unit happens to draw from. FASS says it ends the quarter-tank fuel starvation problem, and the oversized bowl keeps fuel at the pickup under hard braking and acceleration.

Specs per FASS: 1/2in NPT suction port, 1/2in NPT return port so the FASS return can run straight back to the sump, single-bolt design, extra-large bowl, and 6061 billet aluminum. FASS lists it as universal for Ford Power Stroke, GM Duramax and Ram Cummins, and best paired with a Titanium Signature Series. If you're buying a No-Drop Series system, the sump is already in the box and you don't need this too.

Why we like it

• Draws from the lowest point in the tank (per FASS)
• 1/2in NPT suction and return ports (per FASS)
• 6061 billet aluminum (per FASS)

Fitment: Universal: Ford Power Stroke, GM Duramax, Ram Cummins fuel tanks. Choose your exact application from the options; each option is a specific FASS part number.
