FASS Cummins Fuel Filter Housing Delete Kit

Once a FASS system is doing the filtering, the factory filter housing on a Cummins is extra plumbing. FASS's CFHD kits replace the factory housing with a delete block. That cleans up the engine bay and, on the 2010-2018 kit, adds an extra return port for dual CP3 setups. On that kit the water-in-fuel sensor threads into a port on the block, which keeps the false water-in-fuel lights away. The kit comes with new banjo bolt sealing washers and a -6 ORB plug for single CP3 trucks.

Pick the kit for your year: CFHD1002K for 2003-2009, CFHD1001K for 2010-2018 6.7L, and CFHD1003K for 2019-2022 6.7L (years per Turn14). This removes factory filtration, so only run it with an aftermarket filtration system like a FASS Signature Series.

Why we like it

• Removes the factory filter housing once FASS is doing the filtering (per FASS)
• WIF sensor port on the 2010-2018 kit helps prevent false water-in-fuel lights (per FASS)
• Extra return port for dual CP3 setups (2010-2018 kit, per FASS)
• Year-specific kits

Fitment: 2003-2009, 2010-2018 and 2019-2022 Cummins (by kit). Choose your exact application from the options; each option is a specific FASS part number.
