BD Diesel UpPipe Kit - 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke

The factory up-pipes on a 7.3L are known to leak, and that costs turbo drive pressure and raises EGTs. BD's UpPipe kit replaces them with 2in 304L stainless tubing and internally shielded expansion bellows.

BD also swaps the factory crush donuts for stainless gaskets, so the joints keep sealing for a long time.

Install notes

Bolts in place of the factory up-pipes. Access around the turbo pedestal is tight, so take your time and replace any tired hardware.
