Lots of late-model Ram owners complain the pedal feels like it's thinking it over before the truck goes. The BD Throttle Sensitivity Booster v3.0 sits between the pedal and the ECM and boosts that pedal signal, so the truck reacts when your foot moves instead of a beat later.

This is the Dodge/Ram and Jeep version. It works on gas, diesel and electric applications in that family, so it's just as handy on a 6.7 Cummins as it is on a Hemi or a Wrangler.
