BD Diesel Pulse Exhaust Manifold Kit - 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins

Common-rail 5.9L Cummins trucks are still racking up miles, and the factory manifold eventually cracks or leaks. BD's pulse manifold is cast in high-silicon ductile iron with slip joints that move with heat instead of cracking.

It includes a pre-drilled pyrometer port for an EGT probe and comes with gaskets, bolts and spacers.

BD designed this as a drop-in replacement. Connection joints let it expand and contract to prevent cracks and exhaust leaks. Note that BD says it should not be used on systems that use EGR, which isn't a factory feature on these 5.9L trucks.

Install notes

Old manifold bolts are often seized, so soak them ahead of time. Torque to BD's spec and re-check after a few heat cycles.
