BD Diesel Pulse Exhaust Manifold Kit - 1988-1998 Dodge 5.9L 12-Valve Cummins

Factory 12-valve manifolds crack and leak with age and heat. BD's pulse manifold replaces the factory piece with a high-silicon ductile iron casting and slip joints that move with heat instead of cracking.

The pulse design helps spool, and the pre-drilled pyrometer port makes adding an EGT gauge easy.

Install notes

Old manifold bolts are often seized, so soak them ahead of time. Torque to BD's spec and re-check after a few heat cycles.
