BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Kit - 2019-2024 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins

BD's manifold for the 2019+ 6.7L Cummins is a divided pulse design with a two-piece slip joint, so it can move with heat instead of cracking like a one-piece casting.

The walls are thick, it stays EGR compatible, and there's a pre-drilled EGT port so a pyrometer probe is easy to add.

Cummins inline-sixes are known for cracking their long one-piece factory manifolds. BD's answer is a thick-wall casting with a slip-joint center section that lets the manifold grow and shrink with heat instead of splitting. The divided pulse design also helps the turbo spool.
