For 2003-2005 5.9L Cummins trucks, especially ones running an aftermarket turbo where a turbo-mount brake won't fit, this BD air-actuated exhaust brake mounts remotely in the 4in exhaust.

It builds controlled backpressure so the engine does more of the slowing on grades, which means cooler service brakes and less wear when you're towing heavy.
