Banks Power Revolver Exhaust Header - Jeep 4.0L (1991-1999)

The Banks Revolver is a heavy-duty exhaust header for the classic Jeep 4.0L inline-six. It's built from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel with a 1/2 in. thick, precision-ported and machined flange. That flange is what lets it outlast the crack-prone factory manifold.

The Revolver collector uses Banks' patented Power Pickle collector design. Banks rates the max gain at 17.5 lb-ft of torque over stock, with unrestricted exhaust ports for quicker throttle response on the trail and the highway. It's a direct bolt-in replacement for the stock manifold, and the hardware is included. If your YJ, TJ or Cherokee has a ticking, cracked factory manifold, this is the upgrade we'd put on our own Jeep instead of another stock replacement.
