Description
The Banks Ram-Air is the intake we point Power Stroke owners to when they want more air without giving up the reliability of a factory-style airbox. It uses a fully enclosed housing that pulls cool outside air instead of hot under-hood air, a big Banks filter element, and smooth ducting that removes the stock restrictions. Cooler, denser air means better throttle response, lower exhaust temps and a little help on fuel economy.
Banks flow-benches and dyno-tests each version. Their numbers: up to +49% mass airflow and 40% better air density at the turbo on the 2017-2019 6.7L (with the stock battery location kept), +36% mass airflow on the 2020-2022 6.7L, 26% more flow than stock on the 2011-2015 6.7L, 38% on the 6.0L, and up to +16 hp / +32 lb-ft on the 1999-2003 7.3L. Choose oiled or dry filter.

Fitment: 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L, 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L and 2011-2024 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 6.7L Power Stroke. The 2023-2024 kit fits Standard and High Output engines but not right-hand-drive trucks. Choose your truck in the Fitment menu.
What's in the box: Banks Ram-Air filter (oiled or dry, depending on the option), enclosed filter housing, ducting, intake pieces, clamps and mounting hardware.
Emissions: 50-state legal. Banks/Turn14 list CARB EO D-161-146 (7.3L, 6.0L, 2011-2015 6.7L), D-161-132 (2017-2019), D-161-152 (2020-2022) and D-161-160 (2023-2024).
