The factory intake on a 2013-2018 Ram 6.7 Cummins is a choke point, and its grid heater is a known failure item. The Banks Monster-Ram Gen-2 (42798) swaps the factory intake elbow and grid heater for a high-flow intake built to move more air into the engine.

This version comes with the heater and the fuel line, so you're not hunting extra parts to finish the job.
