nlf-67-cp4-bypass-disaster-kit
No Limit Fabrication 6.7 Power Stroke CP4 Disaster Prevention Bypass Kit

The CP4 pump on the 6.7L Power Stroke is known to fail, and when it does it can send metal through the whole fuel system. No Limit's CP4 Disaster Prevention Bypass Kit is cheap insurance against that.

The kit reroutes CP4 return fuel so debris from a failing pump goes back to the tank side instead of straight into the rail and injectors. Pick 2011-2014, 2015-2019 or 2020+ so you get the right fittings. No Limit publishes install instructions for each version.

Why we like it

Helps protect injectors if the CP4 fails

Year-specific kits

Made by No Limit

Install instructions published by No Limit

No Limit Fabrication has been designing and building diesel performance parts in Moorpark, California since 2011, and it's a brand we're proud to carry at Black Diamond Unlimited.

Options: Year (2011-2014, 2015-2019, 2020+).

Shipping weight: about 2 lb.

Fitment: 2011-2014, 2015-2019 or 2020+ Ford F-250 / F-350 / F-450 / F-550 Super Duty with the 6.7L Power Stroke.

Shipping: Free shipping anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
