FASS's ratings: 100 and 140 GPH cover stock to 600 HP, 165 GPH covers 600 to 1,000 HP, 220\/240\/250 GPH cover 1,000 to 1,200 HP, and 260\/290 GPH cover 1,200 to 1,500 HP. If you're stock or lightly tuned, don't pay for flow you won't use.
