BD's pulse manifold is cast in high-silicon ductile iron with slip joints that move with heat instead of cracking.

It includes a pre-drilled pyrometer port for an EGT probe and comes with gaskets, bolts and spacers.

BD designed this as a drop-in replacement. Connection joints let it expand and contract to prevent cracks and exhaust leaks. Note that BD says it should not be used on systems that use EGR, which isn't a factory feature on these 5.9L trucks.

Why we like it

High-silicon ductile iron construction

Pulse design with slip joints

Pre-drilled pyrometer port

Gaskets, bolts and spacers included

Fitment

Fits 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins.

What's in the box

Per BD's packing list: Gaskets, Bolts, Spacers.

Specs at a glance

Part number 1046087, about 28 lb shipping weight

Emissions: carries CARB EO D-553-33 where noted by BD

Install notes

Old manifold bolts are often seized, so soak them ahead of time.
