The Banks TorqueTube is a heavy-duty replacement that fixes the problem and adds power at the same time. It's built from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing with a 1/2 in. thick flange that is precision-ported, double-welded and machined dead flat, so it won't warp, flex or crack like the stock part.

Banks designed it for more power and quicker acceleration than any competitive manifold for the 4.0L, and it bolts in where the stock manifold came out. If you're tired of exhaust ticks or replacing cracked manifolds on a TJ, LJ, Cherokee or Grand Cherokee, this is a fix that lasts.

Why we like it

Replaces the crack-prone factory manifold

Mandrel-bent 409 stainless tubing

1/2 in. double-welded flange machined flat

Bolt-on installation

CARB EO D-161-105

Fitment: 2000-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ & LJ 4.0L, 2000-2001 Cherokee 4.0L and 1999-2001 Grand Cherokee 4.0L.

What's in the box: TorqueTube exhaust header assembly with installation hardware.

Emissions: 50-state legal under CARB EO D-161-105 per Banks/Turn14 data.

Questions on fitment?
