The BD Diesel Iron Horn 6.7L Cummins Turbo Kit (Manufacturer Part #: 1045292, Black Diamond Unlimited #: BDD1045292) is designed for 2007.5-2018 Dodge Cummins 6.7L diesel trucks. It replaces the factory turbocharger with a genuine BorgWarner S300 SX-E Turbocharger, which utilizes a high-flow T4 turbine housing and a 360-degree thrust bearing for improved performance. The kit also includes high-strength FMW Forged Milled Wheels that are lighter and stronger, and can withstand higher wheel speeds. It also includes BD’s Performance Plus T4 6.7L exhaust manifold and gaskets for an easy, clean installation, and can provide an approximate rated 550hp (depending on truck configuration). However, it requires tuning to bypass VGT functions and codes and is not for sale on licensed California vehicles. Air intake kits may also need alteration other than K&N kit and OEM intake systems.
